| Not sure on the figures. Makes it more of a toy, and less of a hobby item. Can't say for sure since I have not seen any on the shelves locally. I guess we will find out in a few weeks. |

I was thinking the same thing about the people. But I do like the fact that they're coming out with more new products. The more trains the better I say! |

| Yes, more is better. It's not like any of them escape the hacksaw anyway. Almost all of my trains get modified. Up this week, adding lead shot as weight to the cars to pull more around turns without the cars coming off the track, combined with multiple battery packs for the engines. No.... the new ones will not be safe either. |

as new geotrax-er i'm excited (since i'm having to resort to the bay for older stuff), however i'm disappointed in the new lift and load being just an update on the old... hopefully they don't do that with all the stuff... I wanna see new stuff

Are you sure they updated the lift? I believe this is just the Toys R Us exclusive package...
I know a lot of people were having quite a few problems with the lift, but if you look in the top right corner of the picture, it says Toys R Us exclusive. |

| well by updated, i mean same old product with a new truck and add a man. exclusive or not, not good for those that have the older version... |
